Providing Cookie Details to the UMUC Helpdesk
To resolve certain issues, you may need to provide pertinent information about your computer’s cookies. The UMUC Helpdesk staff will walk you through the steps necessary to obtain this information.
When instructed, please copy the following javascript command exactly as it appears below:

Next, paste the command into the address bar of the window that the Help staff member specifies, and press Enter.
You will then see a screen with a series of numbers and letters. You will be asked to look for the first set of characters that start with a "WB" and include one to two numbers and a hyphen followed by four numbers [Ex: WB5-5555]. Keep the screen open, as you may need to provide additional information to the Helpdesk.
