About the National Leadership Institute

ccl_logoThe National Leadership Institute (NLI) is a part of University of Maryland University College (UMUC), a university dedicated to serving the education needs of adults in the workforce. NLI is also proud to be a network associate of the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®), the preeminent organization devoted to leadership research and education.

All on-site NLI programs are conducted at the UMUC Inn and Conference Center, adjacent to the campus of University of Maryland, College park and is just a short drive from three major metropolitan areas: Washington, D.C., Baltimore, and Annapolis.

10 Consecutive Years in Financial Times Top 10

In the 2011 special report by the Financial Times, CCL ranked among the world's Top 10 providers of executive education for the 10th consecutive year, completing a decade of excellence in this prestigious survey. CCL is the only institution in the world to earn a Top 10 ranking in the open-enrollment category every year since 2002.

The Financial Times executive education rankings were based on surveys of organizations and individuals from around the world who rated leading executive education providers for quality and impact.
