Cancellation and Transfer Policy

Before a program begins, NLI incurs substantial administrative costs related to your registration. Therefore, if you cancel or transfer your registration, the following fees will apply:

• More Than Four Weeks
  Cancellation Fee: No Fee
  Transfer/Substitution: No Fee
  
  
• Two to Four Weeks
  Cancellation Fee: 50% of tuition
  Transfer/Substituion Fee: 25% of tuition
  
  
• Fewer Than Two Weeks
  Cancellation Fee: 100% of tuition
  Transfer/Substitution Fee: 50% of tuition
