Description: A case study that explores the problems encountered by Gary, a project engineer, when he is promoted to project management. It combines text-based narratives with video clips of Gary's co-workers, and includes questions to spur discussion in the online classroom. Transcripts of all videos are provided to increase accessibility.

Services provided: The CVU recommended an approach for converting the case study into an online format, created a Web site design, and edited the text and scripts. It also coordinated production, including Web site development (graphics and programming), video development (actor contracting, video recording, editing, encoding, and transcript development) and quality control and testing.
