SUBJECT: Salary Advances

  1. Unearned Income
    1. Salary advances for unearned income shall not be permitted.
  2. Earned Income
    1. Salary advances for earned income must be approved by the Department Head and the Assistant Vice President, Finance.
    2. Salary advances will not normally exceed 90% of the net expected bi-weekly salary.
  3. Exceptions to the policy must be approved by the President.
