This is relatively complete text on statistical techniques for business purposes. Items included here, in addition to those in other references, are

Oppenheim, A.N. (1992). The questionnaire design, interviewing, & attitude measurement. England: Saint Martin’s Press, Inc.

This is a basic text on questionnaire design and development, attitude/opinion measurement, and related methodology and analysis.

Siegel, S., & Castellank, N.J., Jr. (1988). Nonparametric statistics for the behavioral sciences. New York: McGraw-Hill.

This is a new release based on classical text by Siegel (1956) on non-parametric statistics. Areas covered include

  • Choosing an appropriate statistical test

Williams, F. (1992). Reasoning with statistics. New York: Holt, Reinhart and Winston.
