The certificate in marketing communications combines courses in communications with marketing topics, such as advertising, promotions, public relations, e-marketing and customer relationship management. It is designed to broaden students' communications skills by increasing understanding of audience (customer need) and developing the skills necessary to promote one's company, product, service or oneself.
