The marketing management certificate prepares students for supervisory and midlevel management positions in customer service and customer relations. It covers key marketing principles and the four Ps (product, price, promotion and place) of marketing. The program is appropriate for those who are interested in developing their marketing skills, either to pursue a career in marketing or to enhance their knowledge as entrepreneurs and business managers.
