The EWC provides a full range of services, including feedback on writing assignments, grammar and formatting help, writing and research guides, and self-study activities.
The UMUC Library is available 24 hours a day, 7 days to assist students with finding books, journals, and a wide variety of periodicals. Librarians are available via e-mail and online chat. Tutorials and videos are available to learn how to use the online databases.
UMUC offers easy access to career-related support and resources, including career counseling, resume review, job search services, and interview assistance. Counselors are available both face-to-face and online via chats.
Get answers to your WebTycho, MyUMUC and other learning applications questions. Technical support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year via self-help tutorials, phone, chat and e-mail.
Many of our area campuses provide computer labs for student use. Labs located at the Academic Center at Largo and Dorsey Station, specifically, will have all the software required for UMUC courses. Labs are open evenings and weekends; space is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
