Employers: Attend a Job Fair

Career Services typically sponsors several job fairs throughout the year where employers can meet with potential candidates.

UMUC's network includes more than 145,000 students and alumni with education, skills, experience and a desire to succeed.

On-Site Job Fairs

These fairs take place at the Academic Center at Largo in Maryland or at other locations in and around the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area. Lasting one to two days, the job fairs bring qualified applicants together with local and national employers. Employers can host a booth or sponsor a special event.

All employers, students and alumni who are registered in CareerQuest will automatically receive information about upcoming job fairs.

Virtual Job Fairs

These online fairs take place through our Virtual Job Fair site. Students and alumni are invited to research companies, chat with representatives and submit resumes to employers who post information online. This is a great way to connect with students and alumni residing in the United States, as well as those who live overseas or serve in the military.
