Carina Freeman – 2013 Student Advisory Council Representative, Asia

Biography

My name is Carina Freeman.  I was born and raised in NJ, and I have lived in Okinawa since 2010.  I am currently a sophomore seeking my BS in psychology with UMUC Asia.  Prior to moving to Japan, I was a Paramedic for 7 years in North Carolina.  I was also a CPR and first aid instructor with Red Cross.  I have also served on the board of Safe Kids Wilson county NC, and Safe Kids Duplin county NC, where I sat as president.  Currently I am a student ambassador for UMUC Kinser base while maintaining a 4.0 GPA.
