UMUC Transcript Request Form

An academic transcript is an official record of a student's work. All academic records are confidential. The transcript fee should accompany each request. Requests for transcripts should be sent to the last UMUC division attended. Request your transcript online, or mail your request to the UMUC Registar's Office.

1. Log in to MyUMUC
2. Select "MyAcademics"
3. Select "Academic Reports"
4. Select "Request My Official Transcript"
