Out of Office Auto Reply Message via OWA

From the navigation pane on the lower left corner, click on  .
In the Out of Office Assistant section, click I am currently out of the office.
Enter the message you wish to send as your auto reply, in the
"AutoReply only once to each sender with the following text:
" box.



When done, click   on the top left of the Options screen.
 



Turn Off the Out of Office Assistant

From the navigation pane on the lower left corner, click
Options > Out of Office Assistant  > I am currently in the office.

Important:
Be sure to click after any changes in the Options section of OWA.
Your changes will not take effect if you forget to click Save and Close.
