Attach a File to a Message                                                                                         

  1. While in the message composition window, click on or .
  2. In the Attachments box, type the path to the file in
    Choose a file to attach
    , or click Browse
    to locate the file.
  3. Click Attach. The file will appear under
    Current file attachments
    .
  4. Click  when done to return
    to the message.
    Your attachment files will show next to the button.

    Repeat for each additional attachments

 

 

 

Remove an Attachment from your Message

  1. While in the message composition window, click on or .
  2. Under Current file attachments, select the check boxes next to the files you want to remove.
  3. Click Remove & Close.
