Create a Distribution List in Outlook Web AccessTo create a new distribution list in OWA click through,
New > Distribution List.
A blank distribution list will appear.
Add email addresses by either typing them into the Add to distribution list field, or
by clicking on the Find names button and locate them from
the Global Address Book or from your personal contact list.
[Global Address Book entries will always be available for you on the UMUC server, there is no need to add them].
Give your list a name under List name, then click Save and close.
The distribution list will now be in your personal contacts list.
Note
You can directly add addresses in the Add to Distribution List: area in the format
someone@example.edu or User Name[smtp:someone@example.edu]Send a Message to the Distribution List
Double-click to open the distribution list.
(here you can also add or remove names as needed) click on thebutton.
A new message will open with the distribution list pre-filled in the To: section
