Recover Deleted Items/Messages via Outlook Web Access
In the Navigation Pane click on
,
and
Recover Deleted Items (at bottom) > View Items.
You will see a list of deleted messages.
Select the messages you want to recover (hold down the Shift key to select
more than one), and click
Recover (or Permanently Delete to permanently remove the
messages).
The message will be recovered to your Deleted Items folder.
Note
If you do not see the message you intended to
recover, you may want to click on the Next page, Last Page Arrows (shown below) as
the small OWA window can only display a limited number of messages at a time.
If you have searched and absolutely cannot find the message,
then the retention time (30 days) may have passed for its recovery.
