The Fourth Annual United States-China Forum on Distance Education was held June 29-July 2, 2008 at the UMUC Marriott Inn and Conference Center in Adelphi, Maryland.

This year's forum focused on pedagogy, technology services, and partnerships and featured an art exhibit and special lecture by His Excellency Zhou Wenzhong, the Chinese Ambassador to the United States.
