University of Maryland University College seeks proposals from background pre-employment screening firms to establish a non-exclusive contract for the provision of pre-employment background review services. Vendors shall provide on-call, as-needed pre-employment background review services for specified candidates for possible hire. Selected vendors will be required to follow UMUC’s pre-employment protocol when conducting pre-employment reviews. RFP 91372: MEEC Information Technology Professional Consulting Services


The purpose of the MEEC IT Professional Consulting Services Request for Proposal is to procure IT services for a variety of IT professional services on an 'as needed basis' to support the members of the Maryland Educational Enterprise Consortium (MEEC). For this initiative, MEEC will require a full range of IT Professional Consulting Services Contractors to assist in the effort of developing, maintaining and optimizing existing and new IT systems for MEEC members, primarily for ERP systems, including cloud based and/or self-hosted solutions. Higher preference will be given in evaluation of proposals from Contractors who are certified partners or affiliates for the specific ERP software for which it is proposing. Multiple Master Contract awards are anticipated. Awards will be made by IT Professional Consulting Services categories. Contractors may be awarded a Master Contract in one or multiple categories.

RFP 91358: Document Management System Including Implementation Services


UMUC is seeking a vendor, or vendors, to provide a document management systems solution inclusive of providing the software solution, implementation services, data migration services, and quality assurance and testing. Refer to Solicitation Section II for Requirements and Scope of the Engagement and Solicitation Section III for the procurement process. Per UMUC’s Solicitation Terms and Conditions (Appendix S), UMUC reserves the right to make a single award to one Proposer who can provide all requested products and services, or to multiple Proposers, each providing a certain aspect of the solution. The Document Management System (DMS) solution, implementation, and post-implementation services must be provided by one Proposer, however, UMUC will consider teaming arrangements. UMUC is also allowing interested vendors to propose solely for the a) Quality Assurance and/or b) the Migration/Conversion services.
