Printmaking: Faculty Art Invitational 2014

This annual exhibition celebrates the talents of UMUC and University System of Maryland faculty members and teaching artists, along with special guest artists.

This year's theme is printmaking—a vibrant component of the contemporary art experience. Works demonstrate a range of methods from the traditional to the use of new technology. Many of the artists featured in this exhibition use fairly straightforward methods such as lithography, etching, and solar prints. Others stretch the definition of printmaking and, in the process, help to redefine the field.
