University of Maryland University College (UMUC) offers student services at NAB Little Creek in Virginia. This site is located on a military installation. Please call this location to receive information on base access. In some instances, a FERPA Release Form may be required.

Test Proctoring for Undergraduate Students
The UMUC office at NAB Little Creek may be able to provide an approved proctor for undergraduate online course examinations. Contact the office for more information. After you have selected a proctor, register for your proctored exam using the online form through ISIS (select "Distance Exam Registration"). Note: Any fees for approved individual proctors are your responsibility.
Other Important Information
Security and Civilian Waiver Information. If you do not have a military ID, call for information on base entry. Due to recent conditions of heightened security, civilian students taking UMUC classes on military bases may be required to complete a waiver in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) permitting UMUC to provide personal information (i.e., Social Security number, address, and telephone number) to the military administration. You may find the FERPA Release Form online.
