Most UMUC locations at military installations are open to the public. Exceptions are Fort Meade and Walter Reed National Naval Medical Center in Maryland and all locations in Washington State, which are closed to the public. Civilian students who wish to attend class on a military installation that is open to the public may be required to submit the FERPA Release Form for approval.
