UMUC President Showcases New Automated Transfer System at the U.S. Department of Education’s National Summit in Chicago
Singularity Suite allows UMUC to fully digitize student transfer credits and transcripts, providing instant access to information for its 90,000 students.
ADELPHI, MD. (Aug. 26, 2008) – UMUC President Susan C. Aldridge was invited to present the university’s new automated transfer credit system, "Singularity Suite," at the U.S. Department of Education’s national summit in Chicago last month. Singularity Suite is an enterprise document management system that enables institutions like UMUC to automate all critical document and transfer processes. UMUC is the largest institution in the United States using this program, created by Hershey Systems, a California-based company.
