Lisa Branic is vice president of the Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) at UMUC. In this role, she built the university’s PMO focusing on delivering effective, creative solutions for UMUC’s highest priority initiatives. She joined UMUC in 2011 and is excited to serve the university in this time of rapid market change in higher education.
Ms. Branic brings more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience in business and project management. In her most recent role as director of the Global Project Management Office at Rosetta Stone, she built and managed a PMO responsible for product launches, market launches, and global IT projects from business case through delivery, from start-up through successful IPO and beyond.
Prior to that, as a principal with CSC, Ms. Branic provided consulting and system integration services for many leading organizations such as AOL, XM Satellite Radio, New York University, Center for Disease Control, Élan Pharmaceuticals, Public Service Enterprise Group and Deutsche Post. Earlier in her career, she was an industrial engineer for United Parcel Service.
Ms. Branic holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and MBA from Rutgers University. She is currently pursuing a MA in Yoga Therapy and is active in her community.
