University of Maryland University College has cultivated and grown its permanent art collections since 1978, including one of the largest compilations of works by Maryland artists in the state. Other collections feature works by international artists and centuries of Asian art, including Chinese ceramics, traditional scrolls, and contemporary Japanese prints.
