About the Cyber Padawans

Cyber Security Games

The UMUC Cyber Padawans—composed of students, alumni and faculty—study in a variety of cyber security and IT programs at UMUC.

UMUC Cybersecurity coursework readies them for battle, with programs designed and delivered by experienced working professionals and regularly reviewed by industry experts.

To prepare for competitions, students practice in the university's advanced Virtual Security Lab, detecting and combating cyber attacks, and work through cyber security case studies in an online classroom.
