WebEx: How Do I - Set Up WebEx One-Click on my PC

Step 1

Login to Cisco WebEx One-Click Account by double-clicking on your desktop WebEx One-Click icon.

You can also find it by going to your computer Start menu, select Programs, and then WebEx One-Click

Step 2

On the WebEx Settings under the Account tab, enter the following information:

  • Site URL: https://umuc.webex.com
  • User Name: Enter your MyUMUC Username
  • Password: Enter your MyUMUC password
Step 3

On the Instant Meetings Tab, enter the following information:

  • Service type: Select one of the following options:
    • Meeting Center Pro 1000
    • Training Center Training 1000
    • Support Center Support 1000
  • Meeting Topic: Enter a name
  • Meeting password: Enter a password

Note: Support Center Support 1000 will not require to enter information for Meeting Topic and Meeting password.

Step 4

For other tabs (Scheduled Meetings, One-Click, Tools) accept default.

Click Apply, and then click OK.
