Password: I did not receive e-mail with an authorization code

Students and Faculty: If you received a welcome email from University of Maryland University College with your username but you did not receive a second email with your password authorization code, please check your email account's Junk/Spam Folder.

The email with your authorization code comes from the address donotreply@umuc.edu and the subject is Authorization Code.

If you still cannot find the email with your authorization code, you can try to reset your password (view Password: How do I reset my password?) or contact Technical Support using one of the contact methods on the Help Center webpage.
