LEO: How Do I - Create a Survey Report (Faculty)

  1. From the Course Home page, click the My Tools drop down menu and select Surveys.
  2. Click the drop down arrow next to the applicable survey and select Edit
  3. Click on the Report Setup tab.
  4. Click Add Report
  5. Under Report Type select one of the following:
    • Summary Report
    • Individual Attempts
  6. Under Release you can select immediately or designate a time and date.
  7. Select the appropriate roles to release the report to.. 
  8. Click Save
  9. Click Save and Close.
