Single Sign-on (SSO): Login Error

If you are presented with the LOGIN ERROR message (see image above) while attempting to log into a University of Maryland University College system, please try the following steps:

  1. Enter the URL for the system you are trying to access in your browser again. Sometimes the issue will not reoccur on a second attempt. 
  2. If you receive the LOGIN ERROR message again, please clear your browser's cache, cookies, and temporary internet files to resolve the problem. For instructions to clear browser data, view Browsers: How do I clear cache and temporary Internet files?

  • Sometimes using bookmarks or other links may cause this issue. 
  • If you are having trouble accessing your class through campus.umuc.edu, please try logging into class at learn.umuc.edu
