Help Center: How do I e-mail the support team or submit documents?

Please follow the steps below to send an e-mail or submit documents to the support team.

Step 1: Visit Scroll down the page to the Contact Support heading and select Submit Documents.

Step 2: On the Submit New Case screen, select a type from the Case Type drop-down menu. Enter the required information.

Step 3: Click Choose File to locate and upload documents you wish to submit, and then click
Submit Case.
