MBA Principled Leaders Oath

Join your UMUC MBA Alumni Network co-chair, Tricia Gibbons '05, to learn more about the Principled Leader's Oath for MBA graduates, business and organizational leaders.

This voluntary Ethics Oath is a statement by UMUC alumni pledging to follow an ethical path in their career endeavors.

The Oath Project is an alliance of universities and professional organizations. More than 50 universities are already involved in this worthwhile project and this year our MBA program is joining in this important effort. Among the organizations supporting the Oath are The World Economic Forum, The United Nations, The Global Compact, The Aspen Institute. Students from University of North Carolina, Thunderbird School of Global Management, Harvard Business School, London Business School, and INCAE Business School, among others, are already involved.
